With over 30 years of experience in structural, mechanical, and civil design, we are a highly skilled team of senior designers, 3D modellers and engineers specialising in mining, industrial, and construction projects. We bring a deep understanding of design standards, modelling techniques, and fabrication processes, consistently delivering 2D layouts and 2D detailed drawings and advanced 3D models that align with complex engineering specifications. Our background spans from electric arc furnaces, structural supports, staircases and ore handling infrastructure across Southern Africa and abroad. Using mainly Autodesk software incl. Vault as data management system, we’ve led design efforts from concept through to fabrication and commissioning. We possess strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, enabling effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams, project stakeholders, and clients. Our organisational skills, attention to detail, and technical insight ensure the timely and precise delivery of high-quality engineering documentation across all project phases.

What we do
- We specialize in mechanical, structural, piping, and civil engineering designs from concept to feasibility study to project execution and detail design, as well as final shop detail drawings for fabrication. We take care of all your engineering design needs.
- Parametric 3D modeling and 2D concept layouts during pre-feasibility and feasibility stage. Regular 3D concept model reviews with the client.
- Parametric 3D modeling and 2D drawings for detail design during execution stage. Regular 3D concept model reviews with the client. Many clients require us to provide PR-Eng sign off during detail design phase as well as a final BOQ to allow them to go out to the Market for costing.

Konkola Copper Mine (KCM) in Zambia
Designing of the headframes for No 1 & 4 shafts, all shaft steelwork incl, station steelwork and all conveyances.
Etoile Copper/Cobalt Project – CHEMAF in the DRC
Main areas as part of this project were leaching tanks, tank top steelwork, staircases, walkways, pipe racks, pipe gantries, etc.
Yanfolila Gold Plant project in Mali-West
Main areas as part of this project were primary Milling, vibrating feeders, vibrating screens, Leaching tank top steelwork, staircases, walkways, the Gold room, pipe racks, pipe gantries, etc.
Kamoto Copper Company (KCC)
Whole ore leaching project. Sampling towers, tank support structures, valve access platforms, pump pontoons for ponds, cobalt filtration & drying project, 6x70ton cobalt filter presses, 11 conveyors, transfers towers, hopper feeders, wet & dry cobalt bagging stores, incl dryer buildings.
Newmont Gold Australia – Tanami project
• Main areas as part of this project were the headframe mechanicals, sub-brace area, koepe and double drum winder building, U/G shaft steelwork, U/G shaft stations incl. shaft bottom, U/G primary crusher station, U/G pump Station, U/G sub-stations, conveyance rope installation and replacement, and including all U/G shaft services via vertical shaft development, refuge chamber layouts, U/G workshops, all surface and U/G conveyors including ROM tips, conveyances including north and south skips, personnel cage and counter weights. Surface and U/G Slick lines area to transfer ready-mixed concrete to underground works.
Anglo American/De Beers – Venetia execution project
U/g and surface infrastructure, including U/G primary crusher and secondary crusher on surface.
Giga factory project development for G.I.M.
Concept modelling and layout of a 1 GW power plant. This project is still ongoing.
